Training Plan

I don’t consider myself a beginner runner since I’ve been doing this for a over a year and can keep a good pace, however, I think with training for a 10k/half marathon within a span of two days of each other, it would be prudent to go back to basics.


Haha! That was over a year ago! Successully complete the 10k/Half Marathon AND completed my first full marathon in January 2015.

On to the next challenge….stay tuned!
